New opportunities means more fun!! For those who have been with us from the beginning, some of this might be familiar, for others–all new. For all of us…read and enjoy because it’s all about FEMALE SEXY LEGS and CALVES!! 🙂
I want to make a guide with a list of terms (nicknames) for certain styles of legs.
I’m going to try my best here and if you want to help out just comment below. Your input will be invaluable to making this the best index ever!
I’ll call it the “Leg-a-pedia” and I’ll be updating this monthly.
The plan is to make this a comprehensive guide of Legaphilia slang that we all can understand–insider speak, in the goal of allowing new Leg Lovers, Legaphiles, to enter and understand what we already know…the sight of a beautiful pair of women’s legs is Awesome!!
If you’re here you’re probably used to thinking of yourself as an “Legs Man”, “Legs Woman”, “Legs Person”. I’m here to inform you there’s a psychological term and that’s “Legaphile”.
You are a Legaphile, and there's absolutely nothing wrong with it!
In a nutshell, it’s one of many possible triggers for your desire. So, embrace it and enjoy life. 🙂
Lets start this off with some basic terms…
Stems are usually reserved for describing a woman with long legs. Often you’ll hear or read the term “Legs For Days” which is very much the same thing. Although at times it can be referring to “Thick Legs”, but more often than not it’s about the length or perceived length in proportion to the body. Some women have long legs and their torsos are short in comparison.
Most women with exceptionally long legs wont have much shape to them. Don’t get me wrong, they can still be sexy legs, but the shape just isn’t there. Probably has to do with the amount of muscle built up around the bones. Having the length of the leg being long, there’s less muscle per inch than on a shorter pair of legs.
Gams, as a term, are usually reserved as an old timey description for female legs with shape.
It’s connotation is more about a thicker, shapelier pair of legs–meat on them leg bones. 🙂
I think over time it’s become more of a statement about a female’s shapely calf muscle.
Pins are super skinny legs. They tend not to have any real muscle or shape. I guess you can consider any woman who is showing off her legs while wearing shorts, a skirt, or a dress, as having pins. It’s not a definition about the shape of leg, but rather an acknowledgement that she’s showing hers off.
This isn’t the law. This is a work in progress. If you have a different opinion, please feel free to comment below or e-mail me @ [email protected]
We’ve opened up shop on this subject with this blog post. Next post the “Hour Glass” effect.
