First let me say WELCOME to the New and Exciting World of Legs Emporium!!
If you’ve been following along with our old site and reading our Newsletters, you know we’ve been working on a New Upgraded site, and this site is IT!
Like with our shoots (product) where we’ve added; a lighting guy, a second camera person, a “Director of Posing”, filming in better and better studios and locations, we too wanted to improve your surfing pleasure of everything featuring those Lovely Female Shapely Legs and Calves!
Lets get down to brass tacks....
What's New and Improved with this site?
First, the Visuals are INSANE!! We can now emphasize our models in a way that they deserve.
Second, the Blog….Oh boy do we have a wealth of great toys to play with. I’m chomping at the bit to experiment with those in the coming months.
Third, a much better indexing system in order to find our models and their special well endowments through leg and development types, as well as sub-fetishes you’ve come to expect from us, with greater ease and enjoyment.
What's the same? What's been carried over from the previous site?
1) Updates with new clips and photos 5 – 7 days a week.
2) Great Customer Service…..Yeah, we’ll still be here for you when you have a question, problem, or just want to chat with like mind people. We’re not too big for our britches and we LOVE Legaphilia, so we’re here for the long haul. 🙂
Speaking of problems….This is a new site, put together and maintained by us. We aren’t professionals. We previously hired professionals to create this new site. and they proved to be unprofessional swindlers who stole our money, didn’t deliver on what they promised, and ultimately delayed our Beautiful Upgrade.
After dealing with that mess, Max took it upon himself to figure this thing out and make it happen, and this is the fruits of his tireless labors.
With that said, should you have any problems, PLEASE do not hesitate to reach out to us so we may fix the issue as quickly as possible. 🙂 We’ve tested, tested, and tested some more, and we know for sure there has to be some issues we haven’t addressed that hasn’t presented itself yet.
What motivated us to do this upgrade?
A) Our previous platform didn’t allow for us to do the kinds of things we wanted to do in order to keep pace with our improved products.
B) Our previous platform had download issues and as much as we complained about that to the “powers that be” we couldn’t get anything more than a temporary reprieve. Once they told us it was a bigger issue they couldn’t fix any time soon, we knew we had to move on.
We actually grew too big for their platform.
That’s a good problem to have and it was all because of YOUR Passion, Faith, and Support for what we can deliver.

I noticed a large number of photos (and videos) missing in the new store. Especially Nikolett’s and Alena’s pages seems to have only the oldest content available.

I think the new website could have a lot of improvement to be honest. It looks pretty decent, but it’s too cluttered, it’s sluggish and it doesn’t have an intuitive feel to it. The content is great, but for the design – less is more!
Thank You for your opinion. I can’t agree with it. I think the site runs smoothly, and yes there are a few hiccups that we’re addressing as we go along. Sadly, your criticisms are a bit vague and not something we can use to work from. Like I said, Thank You for your opinion, but your opinion and mine are different.

I have not been digging the experience so far on the new site. It still feels sluggish. and you still cant add videos to your cart without having to click on EVERY SINGLE GODDAMN VIDEO YOU WANT, add it to the cart and then backspace(rinse and repeat) Also I’m not a fan of how the downloads work. Aesthetics wise it does look a lot nicer and cleaner, but it doesn’t even hint at how many attempts you get to download your videos. Before the update you had 24 hours to download your entire purchase I ordered 9 VIDEOS! I only have 7 because it says I exceeded the number of downloads I’m aloud. I cancelled two of the videos I had downloading at the same time to reduce the risk of something going wrong. When I went back to download the two I cancelled it wouldn’t let me do so. That Sh#t had me pretty heated. I Really love legs emporium but that was just annoying as F@CK especially considering it just got updated. work in progress much?
First, I want to apologize for the situation, I’m not sure why you’re having that problem. We’ve tested it, and just tested again and we can’t replicate the issue you’re having with the downloads.
Second, if you have this problem in the future, log into the site and go to your cabinet. It has all your purchases there and you can download them anytime you need.
Third, you know we’re here for you, and we’ll make it up to you. When have we not made things right?
Fourth, this is a new, improved system, leave the old ways behind.
Thanks for helping me. You guys do always make things right in the event they ever go wrong in the first place. Sorry if I came off as being crude or upset. This version of the website is better not perfect but better. I made mistake in my last comment, I thought you still had to click on every individual video you want to buy and be brought to another page just to add it to the shopping cart, however I just noticed you can add multiple videos to the cart without leaving the current page. the add to cart option show up when you hover over the price tag. My apologies:(
No Problem!! I understand the frustrations. It’s a growing pain that I wish we could avoid, but we couldn’t address all the issues without going live. Plus, it was time, the old site was just getting unruly with it’s problems.
Apology accepted and mistakes fixed. After all, you did find one of a potentially lethal hiccups that we now have fixed. 🙂

Ok, well firstly there is too much going on. You want the entire design of the site to be organised around ‘updates’ – because it’s what almost every user goes to site for first. Its actually what your old site did really well. I think it would have been a great idea to basically keep that simple design, but jazz it up a bit. The updates section on the front page is too small, too fidgety (e.g. you shouldn’t need to have to toggle between photos/videos updates) and it’s confusing if it’s the actual main new content of site or of its the scrolling banner at the top. The scrolling banner at the top is sluggish and confusing – what is it there for, is it updates, is it something else? There are too many ways of viewing different content on the front page. You can horizontal scroll, vertical scroll, click on pop up information, click on arrows etc. It’s unintuitive. The other content on the front page like exclusive models and special features isn’t really that important (maybe it shouldn’t be taking up that much space?) and is subdivided poorly – it comes across almost like a messy MySpace page.
There’s another leg site, which Elena has been on (I think you know which one I’m talking about) which has a far simpler, update centred design. Take inspiration from that imo.
Ahha! Now that’s some constructive criticism. All of your points have been heard and are something we’ll think about.
With that said. we did a lot of testing, and got a lot of input from website UX experts who in a lot of ways disagree with your assessment. But that’s the internet these days. Nobody really knows the true “best design”. We’re all just trying to do our best while making things as fun as possible.
I want to THANK YOU for taking the time to write that. Seriously, we’ll think about everything you just wrote. “a messy MySpace page”…damn, that’s low. Ouch! 🙂

I’ve done a course in user centred design, and I can tell you it violates a lot of basic principles. But if you want my advice, don’t rely on the opinions of UX experts – all that matters is the users. If you keep getting feedback about certain issues, or you are losing customers, then that’s the only feedback that is important. UX is about the users – if they aren’t happy, you shouldn’t be happy. Just another thing (not sure if this is an error or not). When you go into the actual content pages, for a particular model it is categorized as ‘shoot 1’, ‘shoot 2’ etc. However, for each shoot there are many videos of the model wearing a different outfit to what she is wearing on the title picture of the shoot. I’m assuming this must be because the shoot was technically the same one – i.e. the model just changed into a few different outfits on the same day. However, I don’t think this presents your content in the most accessible way. IMO if the model is wearing a different outfit to the title picture of the shoot, it should either have its own title picture (e.g. ‘shoot 3’) or there should be a smaller thumbnail of it on the title picture for the shoot. The way you have it makes the user think ONLY the outfit in the title picture for the shoot will be found by clicking on it, and also makes it difficult for a user to locate a particular photoset/video they previously liked.
